How much is shipping?
Free to the UK and US on every order, no minimum. EU and international orders have a flat rate shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
UK and US: 4–7 business days after dispatch. Every order gets a tracking link by email.
Will I see prices in my currency?
Yes — UK customers see GBP and US customers see USD, with checkout in the same currency.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery as long as it's unused and in original packaging. Email us with your order number to start.
My item arrived damaged
Send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace or refund it, including postage.
Do I pay customs or import duties?
Not for UK or US orders. Other destinations may be subject to local duties.
